AHS: American Home Shield 4+

A Home warranty will seriously save your life financially. Consider it pre paying for things that WILL go wrong if you own a home. And in some cases like mine they start going wrong at the same time. Whew…. Thank God I have this warranty boy. I honestly would be in big trouble without it. Unless you’re interested in a 5-$10,000 bill all at once I definitely suggest you invest in a home warranty and Home Shield has been easy to access for the problem and they get somebody out to you right away. I’m very thankful to have it.

When you pick one service like plumbing and they go out and they take out money out of your bank account and I don’t replace it because you’re only asking for one service but I think you’re picking many services each time you pick a sink if you pick up your washer drainwhen it’s anything to do with plumbing is the main pipe under the house if it’s clogged up, they need to have somebody come and work on it They say they could do stuff in 48 hours. They can get you a vendor in 48 hours and get it done and taken care of so why does it take them almost 7 days to 14 days to get a vendor and not only that they say they can’t get a local vendor because all the local vendors will not reply to their messages home shield is good at certain things when my plumbing need to work two years ago it took him four days but now it’s taking them up to 8 to 9 days to find a vendor why does it take home shield so long to find somebody that can do the work for them and all the way that they take money out of your account before the vendor even is scheduled to come and work on your problem

I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I reported a leak I identified to the plumber a crack in my tub as the source of a leak, but the plumber insisted it was an issue with the shower head leaking into the back wall. I specifically tested by running water in the tub only (not the shower), and after some time, water began draining from the crack—just as I initially stated. Despite this, the plumber dismissed my concerns and was more interested in leaving quickly than resolving the issue.

I contacted American Home Shield to request a different plumber, yet they sent the same individual, someone I had already expressed dissatisfaction with. This was incredibly frustrating. The service was unhelpful, and I was charged $125 for absolutely nothing. I will be switching home warranty providers, as AHS has consistently ignored my requests and failed to provide adequate assistance.
